I create unique gratitude and grief flags, inspired by Tibetan Prayer Flags, that are designed to help people connect, inspire them to create, and to celebrate and honor life’s events and milestones. My handmade flags are created from cotton fabrics in a variety of styles, patterns and colors and permanent inks. I finish the flags with block prints made from with my original hand-carved blocks. They are designed to celebrate weddings, birthdays, graduations, memorial services, baby showers, garden plantings, and more. Additionally I create flag kits so folks can collectively make their own sets which are especially popular for families/groups to celebrate special occasions. The best and most rewarding part of my work are the “ flag stories” I am honored to hear; like the wedding parties creating flags for a bride and groom, co-workers writing words of support and inspiration on flags for a friend battling cancer, or a neighbor creating a set to remember a lost pet.

I love what I do, bringing celebration, comfort, color and inspiration to the world!

Holiday Specials: Flags for the holidays including Christmas trees, snowflakes and a new series of block prints for the holidays.  I will also have gift tags and hand printed greeting cards.

It’s pretty simple really—you have to be seen to be remembered. See Saw specializes in creating visual communications that grab people’s attention and hold it. Digging deep and finding our clients’ unique and compelling story allows us to develop communications that are loud enough to be heard and clear enough to be understood. Researching the market landscape allows us to steer clear of industry cliches and find a fresh voice…and fresh is always good.
