SETTING THE THE TABLE LIKE THE FRENCH DO WITH COLEEN HUBBARD, PLANK & PEARL

Sunday, May 12th from 12 pm-1:30 pm

Hey, we live in Denver—a city of casual dining, last-minute BBQ’s, and food truck takeout. So why would you want to set your table in some “fancy” French style? First of all, you’ll learn that it’s actually NOT about fancy; it’s an effortless, country-inspired charm that comes from mixing patterns and color and collecting tableware and linens from local flea markets. It’s the way a thoughtfully designed table can elevate the most basic brunch or dinner and make it a memorable meal for family and friends.

  • Learn how to create your own beautiful and welcoming table with vintage and thrift-store finds, plus décor from your own home and garden.
  • We’ll talk about the sustainable, earth-friendly benefits of gently used goods, and how to create a small collection of special pieces that will take you through every season and occasion with style.
  • Enjoy pastries and coffee from Gateaux bakery while you soak it all in!
