Parisi grew out of our nostalgia for Italy. We moved to Denver from Tuscany before opening in 1998. What was originally a deli & market, grew into a full-scale dining experience over the years, thanks to the great support of our customers. Authenticity was very important to us in developing much of our menu. Approachability was the next key ingredient. We were part of the movement of the fast-casual concept… our purpose being: to make dining out easy, deliciously homemade & the pricing affordable. Pizza, pasta, panini and all the standard courses you would expect in an Italian trattoria or pizzeria are the base of our menu. Gelato, espresso drinks, imported Italian retail & a full bar stocked with Italian wines, beers & cocktails add to the ambiance. No one at Parisi is trying to reinvent the wheel. Simple, fresh & house-made is our goal.
