Vendors supply their own tents, tables and chairs. Tents must be secured with tent weights. Please note, per the vendor agreement on the vendor application and the vendor handbook, there are no refunds for your booth spot due to cancelations for any reason, including weather. Thank you for your adherence to these guidelines.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yetman Creative Enterprises (DBA Horseshoe Craft and Flea Market), and Regis University (3333 Regis Blvd., Denver, CO) its directors, volunteers, officials, employees, and agents from and against any and all liabilities, claims, suits, and causes of action of whatever nature or type (including but not limited to causes of action based upon tort, strict liability or otherwise), and all attorney fees, costs, and expenses incidental thereto, which may arise or in any way be connected directly or indirectly, with Vendor‘s participation in the Market. This indemnification is absolute, personal to the Vendor, and is not limited by the insurance coverage which the Vendor may have in place. Vendor understands that Yetman Creative Enterprises, and Regis University are under no obligation to provide insurance to cover the Vendor for loss from any cause to any of Vendor's property. By submitting this agreement, Vendor agrees that the Yetman Creative Enterprises may use photographs of vendor with or without vendor's name and for any lawful purpose, such as purposes of publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.
