MODesTEA will be expanding into the next door storefront in October. The additional space will allow us to accommodate larger art shows and creative workshops for T Gallery. Our goal is to have the space completed for November First Friday Artwalk and the celebration of Denver Art Week.
Pumpkin Chai – Black Tea: Thanksgiving! Let us take a moment to reflect on all the things we can be thankful for while celebrating with this tea made of bounties of nature and rich harvests. It may be enjoyed before, during or after the bustling, festive meal and throughout the holiday season! Ingredients: Black tea, rooibos, cinnamon, apple, orange rosehip almond and vanilla pieces, ginger cardamom, black & white pepper, candy hibiscus, calendula, sunflower petals, clove, nutmeg, natural flavors. “Allergen Alert” Candy pieces ingredients: sugar, rice, vegetable oil, cornstarch, confectioner glaze, arabic & cellulose gum, carrangeenan, soy lecithin)
Winter Melody – Black Tea: Happy laughter of children who appear singing and with smiling faces in front of our houses. We rejoice in this tradition and take a moment to pause during the festive season… We have kept this tea blend just as traditional. A classic black tea combined with the favorite Christmas ingredients form the basis for festive flavors, which we like to take pleasure in during the festive time of year. Tantalizing cinnamon tickles our taste buds in combination with refreshing oranges. Ingredients: black tea (72 %), chocolate chips (sugar, ground cocoa beans with cocoa butter, emulsifying agent: soy lecithin), orange slices, star aniseed, cinnamon rods, flavoring.
Maple Taffy – Black Tea: We were fascinated by the popular Canadian tradition of making Maple Taffy. Heated maple syrup is poured onto a layer of snow, which rapidly cools the syrup and thickens it. The result: a wonderful delicacy, which melts on your tongue! Of course, we have added real, dehydrated maple syrup and a hint of cinnamon to our creation. This sweet delicacy will also surely put you into the mood for a snowball fight thanks to the added white popcorn snowballs in this blend. Ingredients: black tea (71 %), cinnamon pieces, dehydrated maple syrup, cinnamon rods, flavoring, popcorn, white cornflower blossoms.
Kombucha Plum – Green Tea: The Kombucha fungus is a symbiosis of different microorganisms and is said to have many positive and beneficial characteristics. It is assumed that Kombucha originally came from China and was already consumed by the emperors of the Quin dynasty. The extract we are using in this blend immediately dissolves when brewed. The fine, elegant taste of plums is heavenly. The very fruity scent is a pleasurable taste as we head into fall. Ingredients: green tea (93%), Kombucha powder (malt dextrin (wheat starch), spring water, cane sugar, green tea, herbal blend (blackberry-, raspberry- and strawberry leaves, lemon grass, sweet calmus root)), flavoring, mallow blossoms.
Enchanted Forest – Green Tea: This blend of mellow Sencha and spicy, green mate is a real surprise. Richly decorated, it captivates not only with its striking look, but also develops a completely new and aromatic taste. The tempting aroma of Black Forest Cherry cakes, refined with a little sweetness and attractively decorated, make this blend a much sought-after specialty. An exceptional creation which proves that tea always has something new to offer. Ingredients: green tea (56 %), green mate, coconut shreds, flavoring, rose petals, cornflower blossoms.
Apple Strudel – Fruit Blend:The apple strudel is a traditional Austrian dessert, which, however, has its origin in Turkey. Cooks in Vienna drew inspiration from “Baklava“ during the Turkish siege. Our fruit creation is spicy and fruity with a deliciously creamy aftertaste. Just like the freshly served, steaming apple strudel from Vienna. In this expressive blend the air-dried apple pieces and strong cinnamon pieces are responsible for the treat it offers both, the palate and the eyes. The large portion of cream flavor rounds the taste off softly and gives this blend the typical apple strudel taste. Ingredients: apple pieces, cinnamon pieces, hibiscus pieces, almond pieces, rose hip peel, elderberries, currants, black currant, flavoring.
Starfruit Vanilla Spice – Herbal Infusion: Twelve of natures treasures form this fairytale brew: Oranges offer the juice in this fruity starlite, cloves and cinnamon bring in their spice, star aniseed and starfruit glow in the night, apple and ginger give their applause and magical scents refine it all. Ingredients: cinnamon pieces, apple pieces, orange peel, ginger pieces, cinnamon rods, blackberry leaves, orange slices, whole star aniseed, apple slices, freeze-dried starfruit slices, flavoring, cloves, white cornflower blossoms.
Hail Sugar: refined with delicious flavors such as cinnamon or chocolate cream is a wonderful alternative to regular sugar in your cup of tea or coffee. A delicious European novelty.
Rock Sugar: Rock sugar is an especially large sugar crystal which is created via a very slow, long crystallization process in which refined sugar is used. rock sugar we are offering is refined with the delicious flavors of vanilla, cream caramel, cherry and lemon.
