This should be covered already--without any additional cost--from your insurance provider. Simply request a certificate of insurance naming Yetman Creative Enterprises, PO Box 27103 Lakewood, CO 80227 as an additional insured. Then upload this to the insurance link in the acceptance email. We are very excited to have you at our upcoming market! We wanted to share with you some of our values and our basic expectations of you as vendors.

A positive and professional attitude! Market days can be exhausting, long days. As such, we want our markets to be filled with positive vibes and “professionals” who treat customers, fellow vendors and staff with respect.

Quality, creativity and uniqueness of product. We celebrate makers, collectors and vendors of all kinds. What we look for is people who are passionate about what they do—especially those who do have an interesting process and vision for what they do.

Active partners in promoting the markets in which you participate. We look for vendors who will enthusiastically and consistently partner in spreading the word through social media, email lists, etc.

Enthusiastic and authentic way of interacting with customers. We don’t require you to be an extrovert to participate in the Horseshoe, but vendor-customer interaction is a key ingredient of what makes our events special. Being present with customers—vs screen time—can make a huge, positive difference not only sales but customer perceptions.

Rule followers! (especially being on time!) With so many moving parts, we need ALL VENDORS to be on the same page about following market rules. Being a team player, abiding by market rules is essential element of your participation. Failure to do so may impact your ability to participate in future markets.

Rain or Shine: Vendors understand that the Horseshoe is an outdoor event that happens rain or shine.

NO REFUNDS or transfers to a future market. We understand life happens, but unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for this market.

Vendors need to supply their own tent, tables, and chairs. All tents must be properly weighted down with tent weights.

Vendors supply their own tents, tables and chairs. Tents must be secured with tent weights. Please note, per the vendor agreement on the vendor application and the vendor handbook, there are no refunds for your booth spot due to cancelations for any reason, including weather. Thank you for your adherence to these guidelines.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yetman Creative Enterprises (DBA Horseshoe Craft and Flea Market), and Regis University (3333 Regis Blvd., Denver, CO) its directors, volunteers, officials, employees, and agents from and against any and all liabilities, claims, suits, and causes of action of whatever nature or type (including but not limited to causes of action based upon tort, strict liability or otherwise), and all attorney fees, costs, and expenses incidental thereto, which may arise or in any way be connected directly or indirectly, with Vendor‘s participation in the Market. This indemnification is absolute, personal to the Vendor, and is not limited by the insurance coverage which the Vendor may have in place. Vendor understands that Yetman Creative Enterprises, and Regis University are under no obligation to provide insurance to cover the Vendor for loss from any cause to any of Vendor's property. By submitting this agreement, Vendor agrees that the Yetman Creative Enterprises may use photographs of vendor with or without vendor's name and for any lawful purpose, such as purposes of publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.
