Hello everyone! We wanted to take this Thursday to fill you in on our new Horseshoe blog as we head into our 2012 market season! It is, indeed, just around the corner. Reminder to all of you makers and collectors–online applications for the Spring Market on May 5th are open for just six more days. We have already received so many absolutely amazing applications! We have some totally awesome creative people here in CO.
Back to the blog…we wanted to tell you all about the fun we have going on here this year. We’re going to commit to posting two to four times per week on the blog. Here’s a quick run down of what each week will be like–for the most part.
Mondays we will be resuming our “Inspiration Monday” posts. We’ve been doing these since the first Horseshoe Market. We are heading into our third year. Can you believe it?!! This was our first Inspiration Monday post on our old blog:

We’re getting nostalgic! Inspiration Mondays will be whatever tickles our fancy and gets us going on Monday mornings.
Every other Tuesday for at least the next few months, the clever, funny and talented Amy Kalinchuk, also known as the Soap Crone, will be doing some business blogging (“Biz Tuesdays”) for all of you folks who want to build your creative businesses.

She’ll be offering super helpful tips starting with a short series of posts on how to make 2012 your year to create a legitimate craft business. Yes! This is the year to do it!
Then, on Wednesdays and Fridays, we will be graced with Ashley Poskin’s presence.

Ashley is the founder and creator of Dingaling Vintage, an online shop filled with some seriously amazing things. She is also a Horseshoe vendor, a designer and DIYer, and a superb stylista of all things vintage. Wednesdays are the “Vintage Lifestyle” posts where she will share her ideas and expertise about vintage lifestyle, from home design, food, fashion and beauty, and everything in between. “Fab Fridays” will be a weekly collection of her vintage treasure hunting, some days featuring craigslist finds, some days thrift store finds, and sometimes a mix of both.
