Food and and book lovers meet every other month with Amanda Faison, former food editor of 5280 Magazine, and a local food artisan to discuss a cookbook. This month, the Food Lovers Book Club met with Kathy Lee, owner of Premier Sponsor Modern Gingham Preserves, to talk about The Blue Chair Jam Cookbook.
We were there to hear Kathy talk about her approach to jam making and her thoughts on the the Blue Chair recipes. We had the pleasure of tastingsome of her gourmet jam (and even got to take some home too!).
